Between leftovers and going out to eat with our neighbor, I have some "roll-overs" from last week. I also have some new Rachel Ray recipes that sound tastey.
Monday - Lasagna Toss
Tuesday - Chicken with 20 cloves of garlic, roasted red potatoes and carrots
Wednesday - Vegetarian Tortilla Soup
Thursday - Texas Turkey Chili with cornbread
Friday - Orange Balsamic Chicken with Green Beans, Asparagus and Polenta
Saturday - Chipotle! (we have a coupon for a free burrito!)
Sunday - Chicken Taco Rice (from my personal archive. I'll have to post the recipe another time, though).
