Technical Difficulties

Due to some technical difficulties (our internet being down), I'm way behind and have decided not to post a menu for this week. It's not very exciting anyway. Just "basics" like spaghetti, pizza and teryaki chicken to get us through until I can get my head back together. I'll post again Sunday with a more exciting selection - I hope anyway. I found some cilantro and green chilie polenta at the store I'm dying to try :)
